Amazon workers STRIKE over unfair labor practices

Yesterday, workers at Amazon’s SWF1 warehouse in Rock Tavern walked off the job in an Unfair Labor Practice strike. We are proud to stand in solidarity with the workers as they demand Amazon address their complaints of safety violations.

Javier, one of our worker leaders at the warehouse, shared at the rally: “We raised our safety concerns on our internal message board and Amazon deleted some of our posts. That’s against the law, we want them to obey the law.” 

For the Many’s Worker Organizers like me have been supporting the workers to help build power at Amazon. This strike is part of a larger wave of organizing nationwide, with thousands of workers around the country engaged in the movement to improve working conditions at Amazon.
