Lisa Kaul

Lisa Kaul is a mother, educator, and legislator running to represent District 39 in the New York State Senate. Twenty-one years ago, she moved to the Hudson Valley with her husband and toddler. She came here as an immigrant and found a place where people look after each other. Currently, she is proud to serve as Dutchess County Legislator where she has learned that we have what it takes to solve our problems together: trusting our neighbors and standing together. She is running for State Senate because we all deserve the opportunity to thrive, not just make ends meet. That’s what it means to live in a just society. To get there, we need new leadership who will fight and deliver for us.
