Kingston encourages residents to report ICE incursions

On Thursday, March 6, For the Many, as self-described “grassroots movement of everyday people to transform New York,” hosted one of several “Know Your Rights” training sessions for Kingston residents. In a press release Friday, For the Many said about 65 people attended the workshops, which were presented in Spanish and English.

The training focused on how people can protect themselves, their families, and their neighbors during encounters with (ICE) officials, “who have recently begun targeting Kingston residents as part of the Trump Administration’s hateful anti-immigrant agenda,” according to a press release.
