Antonio Delgado
Antonio Delgado is a lifelong New Yorker who is running for governor to put working people first and make New York work for all of us. From his roots in Schenectady to representing the Mid-Hudson Valley in Congress, and now serving as New York’s lieutenant governor, Antonio has centered his career on fighting for affordability, dignity, and opportunity for everyday New Yorkers. He is running a grassroots campaign for governor without corporate donations because he is committed to representing everyday New Yorkers, not the billionaire backers fueling the cost-of-living crisis. As governor, Antonio is committed to tackling the affordability crisis by expanding rent stabilization, taxing the rich to fund critical public services, and investing in public power and infrastructure. He has consistently championed healthcare access, racial and economic justice, and a government that responds to and partners with local communities. Antonio is running to build a New York that works for the many, not the few.
